Forest grasses

The following is a list of cultivated species which at least some of the time possess this spot-character.

These are grasses occurring in deep shade in forests; either riverine or montane forests. Species which occur in more open habitats such as forest edges and clearings are not included here. These grasses are often relatively broad-leaved.
